^{ADMINISTRATION}^{EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PHYSICAL THERAPY EMS HOME HEALTH CLINIC AUXILIARY PHARMACY MEDICAL RECORDS BILLING NURSING ACTIVE PHYSICIANS ADMISSIONS RECRUITING BOARD PRIVACY NOTICE}		Ward Memorial Hospital is available for a variety of Scheduled Same-Day Surgical Procedures by Skilled and Experienced Surgeons and a Complete Surgical Nursing Staff. Currently there are three surgeons that perform surgical procedures regularly at Ward Memorial.

		*Alberta Cartwright RN* Surgery Supervisor OR Scrub Nurse Circulator / Recovery
		*John Paul Loyless CRNA* Providing Anesthesia for All Surgeries
		*Kathy Dendy RN* OR Nurse Circulator / Recovery
		Patients will be asked to arrive at the Hospital at 6 AM the day of surgery. Patients may be asked to bring any special medications from home and to leave their valuables at home. After Surgery and Recovery, patients are taken to their room. Visitation hours are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Normally, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in patient care areas. While patients remain at Ward Memorial Hospital, they will be required to wear an identification band. This helps ensure that they will receive the proper treatments and medications. Patients should not remove the band for any reason.
