The Pharmacy at Ward Memorial Hospital is staffed with well qualified and experienced medical professionals including Sonya Garcia - LVN CPhT, Ann McCallister LVN CPht, and Pharmacy Director - Susan Goforth - RPh.
The Pharmacy staff provides medications to the hospital
departments involved with direct patient care including the ER, Surgical
Department,
The Pharmacy also has access to a drug identidex that allows identification of drugs by marking, color, shape or numeric indicators on the pill. |

In-Patients,
the Clinic and Ambulance Services. The Pharmacy uses an electronic ordering
system enabling delivery of crucial drugs in the quickest manner possible.
The Pharmacy is stocked with numerous medications and works closely
with local pharmacies as well as other hospitals in the area to quickly obtain any
medication that is not in stock.
